These terms apply when you browse or shop at Urbaan. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Your account
You can order with an account or as a guest. If you create an account, please keep your details accurate and your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Products and prices
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We show product colours and details as accurately as we can, but they may look slightly different on your screen. Prices and availability can change without notice.
Orders
We may contact you to confirm your order before sending it. We may cancel an order if we can't reach you to confirm it, if an item goes out of stock, or if a product was listed at the wrong price. We'll let you know if this happens.
Payment
We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. Please pay the full order amount, including the delivery charge, when your order arrives.
Delivery
The delivery charge depends on your location and is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order from My Orders until it's out for delivery. If you ordered as a guest, message us on WhatsApp or Messenger.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted for wrong, damaged or defective items reported within 3 days of delivery. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
Coupons
Coupon codes can have conditions such as a minimum order amount, eligible products, an expiry date or a usage limit, and can't be exchanged for cash.
Reviews
Reviews should be honest and about the product. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading or spam.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
